When the sun rose upon my heart and reminded me that it was another day to breathe, a silent day to live, I found myself dreading the wakeful state of my mind when the rest of the world had found peace in solitude.

The longing for a time that I once could trust the very core of my being, had found a diluted convulsion of memory that proclaimed me unfit to bear the emotions trapped deep within my soul.

My spirit had long since found itself without reason, the agony of abandonment had taken a well-worn toll upon my frame and with it had stirred the proverbial hornet's nest of thoughts that held no logic.

I mourned the passing of a living being whom had not descended into death, the fading of a concept I had been instilled with since my birth... where once I held the heart of my most precious and adored in my hands, the virtue of Loyalty, had been thrown to the wayside in favor of a new order...
