As the king laughs from time to time in his walk of his parade, his features blow up in goofy ways, enough that his silly cumberbun, usually fused, seems to shift and roll down for more of his rubber of his pantaloons to burgeon upward in a wide, rotund upper half! He smiles brightly in waving, a goofy grin, and he can't help starting to laugh even more with that size blowing up!

This is all inspired off of how King Koo Koo from the Raggedy Ann cartoon in the 70's got me into inflation to begin with when I was really young, and I somehow ended up finding furry off of other connections. Uploading a lot of relevant art to that form! (And yes, this is top tier RP material for me!)
