PART 1

The plane wheels screeched as the aircraft landed. Gator looked outside from his window, excited about what the next few days were going to hold. The green dog was meeting some friends in Boston, then driving to Salem for a fun-filled Halloween weekend in the city that did Halloween better than anyone else.

One Uber drive later and Gator had arrived at the house he would be staying at. It was a nice little house in a neighborhood that reminded him of the movie, Hocus Pocus. The chill in the air even gave him Halloween feels. Not wanting to waste any more time, however, he went inside the house to be greeted by his friends.

Dusty was the first to greet Gator. The red kangaroo was already drinking a beer. Next was Pan, the Sermelle. Pan was digging through Halloween shirts trying to decide what costume to wear. Lastly, Gator saw Colson. Colson was a dog like him, except yellow in color. The two were like brothers and it didn’t take Colson long to give Gator a big hug.

The four friends spent some time catching up and drinking a few beers together before they got dressed in their costumes. Gator decided on a werewolf costume, Dusty was a skeleton, Pan decided on a dragon, and Colson was a zombie. Once dressed, they headed out.

Salem was packed with costumed tourists. The streets, bars, and attractions were all bustling. Witch City was really living up to its name. The four fiends caught a couple of attractions and drank some more at the local bars, but that wasn’t the main thing they had planned for the night.

Witch Cemetery was the only attraction they were really interested in. Buying a 12 pack at the convenience store, they headed out of town. Witch Cemetery was supposedly the most haunted place in Salem. It was the location where all of the witches that weren’t burned at the stake were buried during the days of the witch trials.

Parking in the woods where no one would see, they easily scaled the cemetery fence. Once inside, they made their way to the center of the cemetery where the mausoleum was located, chugging beers as they went. Once reaching the mausoleum, they continued laughing, drinking, and telling scary stories. They drank and drank until they all began to get tired. One by one, they passed out on the mausoleum. None of them noticed the strange glow coming from inside or around the other headstones. Nor did they hear the strange cackling growing closer to them.

Pan awoke the next morning to sunlight shining on his face. He sat up but it seemed more difficult, everything seemed bigger, and he was surrounded by bars. He soon discovered that wasn’t the worst of it, however. Looking down, he realized he was wearing a diaper, and those weren’t bars, he was in a crib!

Holding his hands out in front of him, he realized that he couldn’t be any older than two years old. So
Many questions were running through Pan’s head.

“Where was he? How did he get here? Where are his friends? Why is he a baby?”

He didn’t have time to contemplate much, though, as the door to his room creaked open and in walked an elderly looking woman wearing nothing but black.

“Hello sweetie.”, cooed the woman, “I’m glad to see you’re finally awake. We have a big day ahead of us. It’s Halloween!”

“Who ah you? I’m nah a baby!”, Pan cried.

The woman chuckled at Pan’s baby talk. “You can call me mommy for now. You and your friends should have never disrespected the Witch Cemetery. Such naughty children. Luckily, my sisters and I know how to handle children like you. And that diaper of yours is certainly wet like a baby’s.” The woman said, patting the soaked pamper.

The woman proceeded to reach down and scoop Pan up into her arms. In his current state, he couldn’t do much about it, and truth be told, he kind of wanted out of the soaked diaper. She laid him down on a changing table and got to work, wiping his privates and powdering him up before putting on a fresh diaper and pumpkin themed onesie.

Carrying Pan over to a mirror, he couldn’t believe what he was looking at. He was nothing more than a baby. Even if he saw his friends, there’s no way they would recognize him. He began to tear up and cry. The woman noticed this and inserted a pacifier into his mouth.

“There, there. I know it’s a lot to get used to, but let’s get something in your tummy. I’m sure that will help.”

Pan instinctively began to suckle, much to his annoyance. He was supposed to be an adult. He wasn't supposed to enjoy a pacifier. He was hungry, though. He couldn’t deny that.

Pan was carried into a kitchen where the woman grabbed a bottle of milk from the counter. “No time to sit and drink sweetie. We have somewhere we need to be.”

Carrying Pan and the bottle outside and to the car, Pan was strapped into a car seat and handed the bottle before the woman started the car and began to drive.

Pan couldn’t believe he had to drink from a bottle, but he was really hungry. Surely it wouldn’t hurt to try it. Inserting the nipple into his mouth, he began to suckle. It was euphoric. Milk had never tasted this good. He was completely zoned out on drinking the milk that he had no idea how far they had driven. The next thing he realized was the nipple being plucked from his mouth as they had arrived at their destination.

“Did baby enjoy his milkies?” The woman questioned.

Pan just blushed, not wanting to admit how much he actually liked his bottle. After getting unbuckled, Pan was carried into what looked like a costume shop. There were rows and rows of masks and costumes. Pan didn’t like this place. Some of the masks were scary. He buried his face in his mother, er the woman’s chest, feeling a warmth in his crotch as he did. The woman simply smiled and continued to the back of the store.

“It’s ok, Pan. We are past the scary masks.”, the mommy-woman said.

Pan looked up to see more happy costumes, that were his new size. He realized they were there for him.

“Buh I aweady hab a dwagon cosume.” Pan babbled.

“That costume was way too scary and I don’t think it was made for a baby, but I have already seen just the compromise.” Stated mommy.

Grabbing a costume from the rack, she carried Pan into the changing room. Pan never got a good look at the costume when it was being put on him, but he could tell it was light purple and had some green areas on it. Once it was fastened around his diaper, he was carried out and out in front of a mirror.

Pan couldn’t have been more embarrassed. The compromise for the awesome dragon costume he had last night, was a baby Spike costume from My Little Pony. Pan was mortified. He couldn’t tell if it was the anger or the embarrassment, but his stomach began to churn. Instinctively, he squatted down and for the first time in 20 years, began to fill the back of his diaper. Losing his balance, he fell onto his butt with a loud *Smursh*.

Tears began to fall as he wailed. His mommy picked him up, inserted his pacifier, and carried him to the front where she purchased the costume.

“I don’t think they were going to let us put this costume back after what you did in it, sweetie.” Mommy chuckled. “I think you make an adorable stinky dragon, though.”

The day seemed to drag on from that point. Pan returned to the house they had left from earlier and received a change, which he was grateful for. He was given another bottle and placed in a playpen. The longer he was subjected to being a baby, the more everything felt normal. He even really started viewing this woman as his mommy. Moments of clarity were becoming fewer and far between.

The day passed into evening and mommy had put Pan back into his costume. It was time to go trick or treating. Pan ran through the house roaring and giggling like the big, scary dragon he thought he was dressed as.

“Come here, draggy.”, Pan’s mommy said, scooping him up. She was wearing a fully adorned witch costume. Little would anyone know, this was her normal attire.

One quick drive later and they were in downtown Salem. Pan giggled excitedly in the back, already having wet his diaper out of anticipation. Removing him from his car seat, his mommy handed him his trick or treat pail and they took off down the streets, collecting as much candy as they could. They only had to stop twice for dirty diaper changes, which seemed like a win for how much of a pamper packer Pan had become.

Throughout the night, Pan saw a kangaroo baby, a green puppy, and a yellow puppy that earlier in the day he may have recognized, but now the only person he recognized was his mommy.

Pan was so tired that he fell asleep on the way home. Even had he been awake, he wouldn’t have understood all of the big words his mommy was using as she talked to her sisters about how well their babies handled their first Salem Halloweens.

Part 2

Dusty groggily woke up from his bed the next morning. He vaguely remembered falling asleep in the Witch Cemetery, but he obviously got back to the house somehow. He checked his watch and noticed it was 11am. Weird he didn’t hear anyone else in the house. Making his way out of the room, Dusty realized he was the only one in the house. Weird, but he figured the others just didn’t want to wake him.

Making his way to the bathroom to brush his teeth, Dusty could have swore the mirror was lower than what he was seeing. He could barely see his shoulders. His friends were probably messing with him. Finally finished in the bathroom, he made his way back to his room to get dressed.

Oddly enough, his clothes were really loose on him. He had been cutting calories, but not to this extent. The only logical explanation was that somehow in his flight, cabin pressure must have stretched them out. That was what Dusty had convinced himself of, anyway.

Upon finding some clothes that he was able to cinch up enough to be presentable, Dusty left the house and headed to the main part of town. He had tried to call his friends multiple times, but hadn’t had any luck. Maybe they would be at the commons where most people in Salem congregated during the day.

Once at the commons, he decided to grab a beer to drink while he walked around. Walking up to the beer vendor, he got a strange look from the bartender and was turned away for not being 21. Even his ID was called a fake. Dusty was beside himself with anger, but he figured going to jail for disturbing the peace was a bad idea.

It wasn’t till leaving walking past a mirror vendor did he realize why he got turned away. Catching a glimpse of himself, he realized he looked no older than 16! Dusty began to run, not even sure where he was going.

“Gator! Colson! Pan! Where are you guys? Help me!” Dusty cried, as tears ran down his face. He felt like his steps were getting shorter and shorter, until he finally tripped over his clothes and fell on his face.

By this point, Dusty had attracted an audience. Numerous furs had taken notice and were talking and whispering around Dusty. His nerves were shot. It was almost like he could feel himself shrinking at this point. He began to notice a warmth around his crotch. Did he??? Yes! He peed himself. This elicited more crying as he could hear little kids in the crowd begin to giggle.

Dusty was about to try to run again when a warm paw was placed on his shoulder.

“Shhhhhh. Mommy is here, now and it’s going to be alright.”, said the rabbit woman behind him.

Dusty had no idea who she was, but something about her made him feel safe. She helped him up and wrapped him in a towel. He stood no taller than her waist at this point.

“Come on. Let’s get my good little roo home.”, she spoke.

Dusty was still confused, but something about the woman made him feel safe, so he listened and followed.

Upon entering the woman’s house, Dusty noticed a warm feel to it. Almost like he was meant to be there. Why was he stressing again? Who was he calling out for?

“Oh dear, you really did a number on these clothes, sweet heart.” the woman said while taking the oversized clothes off of Dusty. He couldn’t be older than four at the most. “Let’s get you into the bathtub so we can get you cleaned up before trick or treating.”

Dusty began to bounce up and down out of excitement. He had forgotten it was Halloween and his mommy was going to take him trick or treating. He joyfully bounced up and down behind her on the way to the bathroom.

Dusty’s new “mommy” cleaned him off and let him play with some rubber ducks. She noticed him regress for the last time, stopping somewhere around just two years old. His speech had slowed to gurgling and gibberish, but he could still get out the word “mama”.

Dusty’s new mama toweled him off and carried him to his new room, a baby nursery. Laying him on the changing table, she got to work diapering him. At this point, his adult self was gone. This was completely natural to him.

You and your friends really shouldn’t have messed with the Witch Cemetery, My little Roo. I’m just going to have to raise you to know better this next time around.”, Mommy cooed, as she taped the diaper around Dusty’s waist. Dusty simply gnawed on his hand, giggling up at his momma.

Trick or treating had began and the baby roo that walked beside the mommy witch was a far cry from the adult that had flown in with his friends the previous day. What was left was a baby wearing a cute skeleton onesie, sporting a large diaper bulge around his rump. Gone were adult thoughts and worries about his friends. He even passed several other babies that looked like his friends, but he didn’t mind. Dusty just wanted his candy.

The door to the first house opened and Dusty’s mommy ushered him forward. “What do you say, little one?”

Dusty thought hard. “Twick or……..Twick….or”

He knew what to say, there was just something else tugging at his attention. It was a pressure in his belly. He needed to get rid of it before he could focus on any hard words. Balling up his fists, he squatted, raised his tail, and pushed. A noticeable bulge began to form on the backside of his diaper.

Finally finishing, Dusty straightened back up. “Twick or Tweat!”, he exclaimed proudly.

“I think you’re the one the left the treat, sweetie.”, mommy said, fanning her nose.

Dusty simply giggled as he collected his candy. He didn’t mind the state of his diaper. It’s what baby roos did. It could wait until after trick or treating. It’s not as if he had ever known anything else.

Part 3

Dawn was quickly approaching and the two dogs, Gator and Colson were still passed out in the Witch Cemetery. A dark figure approached, dropping two glowing balls of energy onto the dogs.

“Welcome to your new vessels, my darlings.”, the figure cackled before receding into the darkness.

*The Next Morning…*

“Ugh, my head.”, winced Gator, as he groggily woke up. Looking around and seeing a bunch of headstones, he remembered where he and his friends had passed out last night. Looking to his left, he saw his friend, Colson. Dusty and Pan were nowhere to be seen, though.

“Colson, wake up, man.”, Gator said, shaking his friend.

Colson rose slowly, the previous night being a blur. “Dude, I feel rough.”

The two got to their feet, and looked around for their friends. Pan and Dusty were nowhere to be found and neither would answer their phones. At this point, though, the two dogs weren’t too concerned. They just wanted to get back to the house and nurse their hangovers.

Upon getting back to the house, Gator and Colson both took some tylenol and crawled into their beds. They were sure some extra sleep would help their hangovers. It didn’t take either long to fall asleep.

Once asleep, however, they both started having the same weird dream. They were each in a playpen, dressing and acting like babies. The dreams were so real they could almost feel the soiled diapers that were wrapped around their waists. Both of their dreams had a woman that they could swear they both recognized. She was their momm……….

Gator snapped out of his nap. Shaking his head, he could tell his hangover was gone. He actually felt really good and rejuvenated. He was in a much better mood until he rolled out of bed and noticed a damp feeling on the bed. Throwing the sheets off, he realized he had pissed himself in his sleep! He hadn’t done that since he was a puppy.

“GATOR!”, Colson screamed from down the hall, ripping Gator from his own horror. Running down the hall, he entered Colson’s room to realize the same thing had happened to his friend.

“You too?”Gator questioned. Both friends were at a loss. Upon discussing their situation, they realized they both had the same dream. What did it mean, though? Not enjoying their wet pants, they decided to get cleaned up instead of worrying too much about a dream.

“You clean up first. I need a drink.”, Gator instructed Colson.

“Works for me.”, Colson agreed, wanting to be clean. He made his way into the bathroom and stripped down. The idea of emptying the rest of his bladder into the toilet crossed his mind, but something about the large bowl creeped him out, for some reason. Getting to the tub, he noticed some bubble bath on the edge.

“Bubbles sound more fun than a boring shower.”, a little voice inside Colson’s head whispered. With a little giggle, Colson agreed and began dumping the bubbles into the tub.

In the kitchen, Gator was busy making a drink. He couldn’t believe he wet his bed like some puppy. A nice, strong drink would make him feel better. It always did. Finishing the drink, he took a long sip. “Bleh! That’s disgusting!”, Gator gagged, spitting the drink into the sink.

“There’s a sippy cup of juice in the fridge.”, Gator heard a voice whisper in his head.

Gator thought that sounded kind of nice, for some reason. Especially after how bad his original drink was. Opening the fridge, he realized there were actually two sippy cups. He decided Colson might want one. Grabbing them both, he took off to the bathroom to give Colson his.

Approaching the bathroom, Gator realized the door was wide open.

“Whoa! Look at all the bubbles!” Gator exclaimed, tail wagging.

“Uh huh! Hop in!” Colson squealed gleefully.

Throwing modesty aside, Gator stripped down and hopped into the tub, handing Colson his sippy cup. The two splashed and played for what felt like an hour. They had downed their sippy cups and were soaked head to toe. Finally, the bubbles had all started to dissipate and the two decided to get out. Wrapping themselves in towels, the two bounded to their rooms like a couple of gleeful pups.

Reaching Gator’s room first, the pair stopped. On Gator’s bed were two diapers laid out with powder next to them. The dogs were perplexed, but oddly curious. Something was drawing them into the room.

“You need to be diapered. You want to be diapered. You’re just a big puppy that makes big messes. You already had an accident while you were sleeping.” Was being whispered in both of their heads by an unknown voice.

“We did already have accidents. Maybe we need these.” Gator spoke.

“M-maybe you’re right. It feels normal.” Colson replied.

The two got onto the diapers and powdered the crotches, giggling at the baby powder puffing up into their faces. As they began to pull the fronts of the diapers up, they could feel cloudiness filling the minds. Almost like there was something else in there trying to take control. With each tape, the two dogs felt more and more like puppies.

Finally they finished their last tapes and they noticed pacifiers on the pillow of the bed. Grabbing the pacis, they popped them into their mouths and began wrestling on the bed like a couple of puppies.

“Why don’t you go see Colson’s room.” The whisper inside their heads spoke again.

Without missing a beat, the two adult puppies bound off the bed and waddled down the hall. Once in Colson’s room, they realized it had been turned into a giant nursery. The two wasted no time jumping into a ball pit and continuing their wrestling.

After a little bit of time, Colson pointed at Gator’s diaper and laughed. “You go peepee.”

Gator looked down at his now yellow tinted diaper and whined. Something about all of this didn’t feel right. He wasn’t a puppy. He didn’t wear diapers. Then the voice spoke.

“Don’t feel bad, Gator. That’s what diapers are for. You didn’t even feel it. You would have had another accident.”

Gator tried to shake off the voice, but it was just so loud in his head. He looked over at Colson and noticed a distant look in his friend’s eyes. Colson had began squatting down and grunting.

“Colson don’t do it.”, Gator tried to say.

“Don’t do what, Gator?”, the voice asked. “Don’t be a puppy or use his diapers. That would be silly. He’s just letting the puppy take over. Just like you should. Just squat and push and it will all be over.”

Gator felt his tummy rumble and his tail begin to flag. He wanted to fight it, but he couldn’t. Without control, he squatted and pushed. All of his control and will power being pushed out with his puppy mess. His eyes glazed over to match Colson’s as they both felt their maturity slip away.

A few minutes later, a young woman entered the nursery to the site of two adult dogs crawling around the room in very used diapers.

Colson was the first to see her. “Momma!”, he gurgled.

Gator followed suit as they crawled over to her, no longer remembering how to walk.

“Aren’t you two just adorable?”, the woman laughed. “I see my baby spirits did quite the number on the two of you.”

The dogs just giggled, not understanding what the woman had said.

Using her magic, the woman lifted the dogs up and sat them on the changing table. “Let’s get my puppies ready for trick or treating.”, she mused.

Getting them into diapers, she put Gator into a wolf pup onesie and Colson into a cute baby zombie onesie.

“One last thing.”, the woman said, casting a glow from her hands onto the dogs. “With this spell, everyone will see you as my little baby puppies.”

Trick or treating went off without a hitch. The two adult dogs were gone. All everyone saw were a couple of pampers packing puppies. And that’s all they were. No more adult thoughts or desires. They just wanted candy and their momma.

Several days had passed. No one remembered who Gator, Dusty, Pan, or Colson were. It’s as if they had never existed. The four were still very much real, though. They even still had play dates when their witch mommies got together. Gone were the adult party goers, though. The only parties these four would be going to would be held at the changing table for quite some time.
