Failinis
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
Failinis is the legendary dog of mighty Lugh from Gaelic mythology. His fur is black, white, and blue, and he is the size of a carriage and can hunt or befriend any beast- but he becomes the size of an average dog to rest at night, and any water he bathes in turns to wine! This is as he appears as the MC's final transformed form in my story If It Isn't Broken- he resembles a wolf more than a dog, but this is also his daytime form when he is enlarged. The Gracefront train graveyard was a memorable scene in the story, so that is the background I chose.
FunFact: the abandoned train car actually has no lines at all in this picture- the car is just a solid block of color. All of the features on it were drawn with the light and shadow layers. Also even though in the final picture you cannot even see the text- I actually have a full set of ID labels off a real train car copied onto this one, but replaced three of them; one with my initials and the year, one with 'FA - 7777', and one with a count of how many different dogs appear in the story however briefly.
