Hueroc's been fearsome in the past, but someone must have really pushed him to get a display like this!

Because that's what ragefire's always been, really: a limit break. Surges of emotion--fury--built up beyond his ability to control, converted to magical energy and loosed at whoever put Hueroc into this state... or whoever might just be in his path. It's been a long time, though, as his mate and family have brought him emotional stability that he may have lacked in his younger days. But he has something now that he lacked back then: magical training, and now when at last he's been set off again he can recognize the energy surging inside him.

It's magic. He knows how to release magic, and his instincts can guide it through familiar channels so he can dump even more power into his fire. Focused and amplified, it's way past mere flames now--it's a bolt of energy, immense and destructive, and the only advice to be given is to run far, far away, to avoid getting caught in the blasts of power.
