Adeola - "Bonecrusher Queen of the Savannah"

*Secret Journal Files: Adeola Oshodi*
You know I always find it interesting to look into the cultures of others base on their philosophies, ideals, architecture, or way of life in general. After all, being an archaeologist is part of my profession and all. I can remember one night going over tribal African studies for my student's lesson plan, that I recall something that came over a conversation in the past. I think it was around my first conversations with meeting Adeola. We did after all meet at an archaeological dig site under unusual means, but would not trade any for that.
I remembered when she discussed a bit about her heritage of her people of an amazonian hyena tribe of warriors that was a matriarchal society. They were fierce warriors as they were just rulers of their lands, but hyena women were known to be given unfair bigotry based on rumors. It was not considered to be the best of reputation by other tribes. It did make me wondered if the same could be said even now in modern times for her, but I never dared asked to be honest out of consideration. Not to mention we just met at the time, but to my own surprise, she went into further detail about it.
I think that was one of my most memorable conversations with her.
