Job Search Tip 26 Remix: Make a Newsletter
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
This is more of a long-term strategy, but a short annual newsletter is a great way to stay connected to people you meet throughout the years. This helps keep the contact alive for when you are on the job market or need a letter of recommendation for graduate school (which is exactly what I did!).

The book is almost here!
https://edwinatworkpromo.carrd.co/
I am looking for help to generate buzz about the book (see website for details). This would involve posting about the book two or three times on your social media/friend group on a given date.
Consider becoming a promoter if my tips have been helpful in your job searching pursuits. It would mean a lot to the contributing writers, artists, and myself.

Edwin, an anthropomorphic jackrabbit, is wearing a business casual outfit and has a grumpy expression on his face. He gives job searching tips by speaking directly to the reader using a dialogue bubble. Edwin says,
"'Tis the season for sending out holiday cards. Create a simple page-length newsletter to send to old colleagues. That establishes a yearly touch point so you keep the contact alive. You will be better positioned to ask them for references, referrals, salary information, and advice on technical projects. …and you maintain 🌈friendships! 🦄"
