Tarot serves the dragon of probabilities and prophecies, Fortuna. He's very used to picking out patterns and possible futures, it's part of his job after all. So when he starts noticing that all of the letters he's received from his dragon don't sound like they were written by her, he gets suspicious. He's been copying down any letters he's received ever since and compiling them for something. Some kind of connection or smoking gun that will give him the proof he needs.

Tarot shares his dragon's love of treasure and shiny things. Often decked out in jewelry and wearing long flowing pieces of cloth. He also tries his best to take regular baths, since keeping clean with white scales seems to be an uphill battle most days.
