Falling Snow
This is something that I had started well over two years ago. I had no idea what I was doing then, so it might explain why it sounds a little odd at points. :p To be more specific, I had made the piano part first and had left it there for about two years and only got around to finishing it a week or two ago. :p
I had never expected it would turn up like this either. I let my mind wander around as I was making this. Except for the beginning part of the drums. I wanted to see if I could make sure that they wouldn't be spastic and all over the place. I think I had achieved that as I was making it, but I can't tell for sure. As for my bass line, I wanted to make it as easy as possible to produce, so this was the quickest instrument that I have ever recorded and probably the most simplest. Even the ambiance that you hear throughout the song was meant to try and 'please the ear' with out a lot of clutter going on.
If anything, I find this calming and rather strange, yet still easy to listen too. :p Oh well. I hope you enjoy [and please turn the volume up if you want to hear more things!].
