This is my goo-boy, Contact, and one of his five default forms: Avian.

This one came to be based on the original sketch of him with Gerard. plaguetastic happened to really enjoy plague doctors at the time, and that got integrated in as his first form. I did eventually decide that I wanted alternate versions that were just as canon, and ended up pitching the other four default forms as well.
