Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
I subscribe to a method of drawing a body. For a man, the shoulder is a head's length, the chest and abdomen the length of three heads. When making it final, my perfectionism for being precise kicked in. I didn't want the picture to look empty. That's why I added three generic men. I also wanted them to look dapper for criminals. I tried for shading his pelt this time. I wrote him to have voluminous fur for his Arctic Wolf half. The stripes are meant to show his Eurasian Wolf half.
Here we have Giffard, accompanied as many additional hired guns as possible, presenting Lady Death with their hostages, the High Priestess and the kittens. My primary focus, though, is Giffard. In addition to his gun, I wanted to go a little further with the Steampunk theme, adding golden plating to his blazer. It's supposed to be cloudy, and the sun is setting. I couldn't copy a cloud texture and just attempted to blend orange and pink.
This was drawn on the afternoon of August 7, 2021. I drew only Giffard and his pistol with a pencil, most of which I erased. I inked with a fountain pen and coloured with pencil crayons, markers, watercolour pencils, and a wet brush. I drank coffee and ate a sandwich, fruit salad, and a cookie. I listened to My Chemical Romance: Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, and then watched "Spawn: The Animated Series". To date, this is the picture I spent the most time drawing, 109 minutes, start-to-finish.
Adding this to your favourites means nothing to me. I want comments.
