Won in a contest, this was the first drawing of Chakat Coalpepper. Husky invented the cute spot between hir eyes, while i conceived hir fur pattern as that of a spotted skunk with the colours inverted.

Coalpepper is a research agent at Warehouse XVII (yes, that warehouse) specializing in translation work. Displaying only a low level of talent, shi does display an uncanny ability to decipher languages with very little information. Shi came to the Regent's attentions after suffering a run in with a piece of the tower of Babel. As a research agent, hir primary job is helping the warehouse staff better understand the artifacts they hold.
