Elynxtricity Trading Card
Title can't be empty.

*"Why is her desk always so messy?!" Amber grumbled as she shuffled around Mallory's stuff looking for a missing flash drive. The rest of the cat's room was pretty clean, but her desk was a mess of old bills, new bills, gaming peripherals, and a whole host of other various refuse. Amber was just about to give up the search entirely when she noticed something buried deep under the pile. It must have been there a while.
The card itself was in very good condition. A protective clear plastic sleeve had kept it looking basically like new even through four long years, and it had never left the cat's desk in that time apparently.
Mallory poked her head in the room, "Did you find it? I swear it was just on the left... oh." She walked up, quickly grabbing the card and sliding it in a desk drawer, then grabbing the missing flash drive from an otherwise indistinguishable mess of a pile. "C'mon Am, we gotta get this posted during peak exposure hours."
"Have you ever thought about contacting her again?" Amber asked softly, ignoring the hurrying from Mallory.
The cat just sighed. "Of course I have. But, like, there's a reason she hasn't had a new card in four years. It's not my responsibility."
Amber shrugged. "I guess not. Maybe keep it in mind though."
"Yeah sure." Mallory said brusquely as she closed the drawer with the card.*
An in-universe trading card from my recent story series, A Heroine's Fall. You can read the story here: https://www.sofurry.com/view/1662954 Beware it is highly NSFW, CW for NC content. This conversation would have gone on sometime in 2020, but before the events of the story.
