...because she's a robot, get it?
Rick Griffin's Ani-Droids novel recently came out, and I've been absolutely engrossed in the story ever since the first draft chapters had been posted on his Patreon. Reading the final product was a rewarding experience and I was moved to draw fan art once again. This time I chose the mouse-bot Eo, having been drawn to her sweetness and naivete. Plus, I was in the mood to draw something shiny and I thought her iridescent fur would be a fun challenge. This isn't based on any particular scene in the book, though I suppose there are a number of places it could theoretically happen throughout the narrative. Maybe she's having an existential moment.
