Ever since Wolfrider introduced me to his character Tsunami I've felt that under different circumstances she and Super Collie would be allies instead of antagonists - after all, Tsunami's major targets are people and organisations that despoil the marine environment, and it's only because of Tsunami's attitude of "the end justifies the means" that she and Super Collie are in conflict. And even Super Collie has to admit that being a Super Heroine™ isn't always entirely within the law either...
