I'm not very good at coloring, especially digitally, which is why the colors are flat and why Xetem's color design is so simple.
His overall design is still fairly fluid, I'm still trying to nail it down, and I probably will if I ever get some money to put into getting a commission.
He now has hair and ears that aren't fins! It was something I was experimenting with in Hero Forge (as an aside I have a mini of him mocked up if anyone's dying to see him in mini form like Cyran). Having hair was something that I wanted from the start, but Fursona Maker's hairs don't mesh well with the horns.
Ideally his wings would be bigger, but this is what was in the set, and just scaling them up doesn't work. I don't mind the smaller wings, but canon Xetem has some pretty large wings.
If I was better at coloring, he'd have the darker red on his belly from his crotch up to his neck, but I'd rather stick to him looking good that having a really bad edit.
Also, he does still have a row of smaller horns down the middle of his head, they're just covered by his hair now.
