“Electra, do you even know who I a-” I started, but was silenced as she slapped a paw over my mouth and shot Cammy an evil glare.
“Yes, Dallas, I KNOW who you are.” She said as she leaned against me, flicking her tongue over my right cheek.
“Maybe she’s just really drunk…” Zeke said as he sat down next to us.
“Who even let you out?” Electra asked as she gently nudged him to the side.
“Wait wait, hold on…” Cammy said as she turned to Ique, who was trying to get back up onto the bed. She grabbed his tail and yanked on the blue ball at the end, pulling him back down. “You said she wa- what the hell…” she said as held onto the ball, turning her head and making a face at us as she squeezed it.
“It’s fake.” I said, walking over to her as I gently took it into my right paw, giving it a little squeeze, the soft feeling causing me to instinctively unsheathe my claws and sink them into it.
“Oh come on…” Ique mumbled as wiggled around, before a fuzzy yellow paw poked out of the Dragonair’s mouth.
“What the…” Electra asked as she reached down and grabbed it, yanking hard on it and pulling the first half of a Pikachu out of the Dragonair’s mouth.
“I… Am not sure what to say to this.” Cammy said as she took the ball away from me, pulling the Dragonair thing away from the Pikachu and lifting it up. “It’s like, a suit.”
“A stuffed animal.” Ique said. “I pulled out the stuffing and hid in it.”
“There’s ANOTHER one of you? Geez, how many more Pikachu are there going to be?” Kevin asked as he sat down on the bed, staring down at us.
“He takes my place… kinda.” I said as I raised my paw. “I’m a Purrloin.”
“You’ve got to be kidding me.” He smirked. “I know I wanted a cat but like… Not now…”
“Kevin, shut up, Ique… What’s this stuff about Electra you were talking about?”
“Yeah, what?” Electra asked as she let go of him, letting him plop down onto his belly.
“Honestly I had no idea who you even were I just wanted to get out of here.” He said. “This world. Thing.”
“So you… tell her I’m some sort of double agent…” Electra said, frowning. “That’s… Helpful.”
“I though it’d rush things!” He said. “Sorry I guess.”
“How are you not dead?” Cammy asked as she poked Electra’s left cheek. “You drank like a ton.”
“I should be asking you the same thing.” Electra said as she returned the poke.
“I was in a different room, how did you even see what I was doing?” She asked. “And besides, this is ME we’re talking about. I used to drink so much I’d pass out in colonies in the middle of the floor, and wake up later in someone’s room with my fur all covered in-“
“Thaaaat’s enough.” Ique said as he placed his paws over his ears. “Noooope.”
There was a ten second period of silence, and Kevin smirked, getting up and walking toward the door.
“I was going to say wine… pervert.” Cammy said, sticking her tongue out. “Passing out at wild parties doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed to always wake up in something icky.”
“There’s something wrong with like, all of you.” Kevin laughed as he walked into his room, shutting the door behind him.
“Alright alright, you both drink like, impossible amounts of alcohol and manage to stay on your feet. That’s cool and all but I’d like to find a way back home!” Ique said.
“Hey, we’re having a good time, relax.” Electra said. “We don’t even know how we’re getting back.”
“Can’t your Mew friend like teleport us all or something?” He asked.
“Noooope.” I said, shaking my head as I sat down. “Nope nope, need a ton more power than what I have to do that.”
“Well not much power was needed to get us here.” He mumbled.
“I have no idea how you got here, but a portal was opened up underneath our car while we were in a parking lot, and we fell into it, so no, there wasn’t exactly any effort put into that at all. If I could just turn into Palkia and open up a portal that goes back I would have done so by now.” I said as I stood back up,
Cammy stared at me, then turned her head toward Electra, then back at me, before slowly placing both of her paws on my shoulders and kissing me on the nose.
“Uh…” I said, staring her in the eyes. “I think all that alcohol is catching up to you.”
“Dallas, I’d call you a genius right now but, you know, I’m in the room.” She said, her tail beginning to wag slowly.
“If you’re such a genius then why didn’t YOU think of it?” Electra mumbled.
“Oh hush, neither did you. You were too busy drinking out there.” Cammy chuckled.
“Well so were you! Plus… sexual things!” Electra said.
“Well I can’t help it if everyone finds me attractive.” She said, taking her paws off of me and placing one behind her head and the other one on her side, getting into a little posing position as she shot a glance over at Cameron, who looked away.
“See? See what I mean?” She asked as she returned her paws to her sides, sticking her tongue out. “Attractive.”
“Using attract doesn’t count.” Electra said.
“I didn’t even use it.” She said back. “Trust me, you’ll know when I use it. That sexual stuff happened because of how awesome I look. Don’t I look awesome Cameron?” She asked.
“Yeah… Whatever.” He mumbled.
“I can’t heeeeeaaar youuuu.” She said as she got back into her little posing position, perking her ears up and sticking her tongue out at him.
“Yes, whatever, you look nice.” He said as he looked at her.
“See?” She said as she nudged Electra. “What’d I tell you?”
“I think it’s just because you alw-”
“Shhhh…” Cammy said as she placed a paw over Electra’s mouth. “You feel that? You feel it?” she asked.
“Fell what?” Electra asked as she pulled Cammy’s paw off of her mouth.
“I bet Cameron feels it.” She grinned as she did another little pose.
“Feels WHAT?” Electra yelled.
“My awesomeness.” She grinned. “Seriously though, call Kenny Loggins, because you’re in the danger zone.”
“You have got to be kidding me.” Cameron laughed. “I can’t.” he laughed again as he got up, walking into Kevin’s room and shutting the door.
“You’re dumb.” Electra grinned as she playfully nudged Cammy.
“Uh… About you know, getting out…” I said, poking Cammy’s side gently.
“Oh right.” She laughed. “You DO know you CAN turn into a Palkia right?” She asked.
“Uh… Even if I did I have NO idea how to open portals, or make them go where I want them to go.”
“Oh come on, it can’t be that hard. It’s probably done the same way you teleport. Think and shoot.”
“I don’t know…” I said, frowning as I looked down at the floor. “What if I get us lost or something? Or we wind up floating randomly in space?”
“You found a way home?” Cameron asked as he walked out of Kevin’s room, who ran out just after he said that, almost knocking Cameron over as he made his way over to us.
“Home?” Kevin asked. “You found a way home?”
“Uhhhh… No.” I said.
“Well yes.” Cammy said. “Dallas is a Mew, he can turn into anything he wants to turn into, including Palkia.” She said.
“How did no one come up with this sooner…” Kevin groaned.
“Yeah but even if I do I don’t know how to make portals, or make them go where I want!” I said.
“Don’t you like, think and shoot?” Kevin asked.
“Told you.” Cammy mumbled.
“Trying to get us back on the first try is going to be dangerous.” Kevin said. “I’d recommend some test portals.”
“Yeah and who’s going to go through them?” Electra asked. “And then come back somehow.”
“True…” He said, sighing softly. “I guess the only thing we CAN do is hope it works the first time.”
“No pressure Dallas, just do it right or kill us all.” Electra said as she patted me on the back.
“Yes, that’s extremely helpful.” I muttered to myself as I stuck my tongue out at her.
“I don’t think I wanna take such a huge risk though.” Cameron said as he tossed a Pokeball at Cammy, who caught it and stared blankly at him.
“It’s Zeke.” Cameron said.
“How did you even… Oh what the hell I don’t care.” She said as she hopped up and stuffed it into Kevin’s pocket.
“So are we doing this or what?” Electra said.
“Like I said, it’s going to be dangerous, but it’s our only option at this point.” Kevin said.
“Wait a minute… Just how dangerous is it going to be?” Cammy asked.
“Cammy… You out of all of us should know the answer to that.” Kevin said.
“Just answer it.” She said.
“Very dangerous, why?” He asked.
“No.” Electra said.
“Would you say we were venturing into a… zone… of danger?” Cammy grinned.
“Nooooo.” Electra said.
“Well yeah, I guess so.” He said as he made a face at her.
“And what would you call this zone?” She asked him.
“NNNOOOO!” Electra yelled as she grabbed her ears, trying not to laugh.
“I’d say we were going to go somewhere very dangerous.” Kevin said as he stared blankly at Electra, who turned away.
“No, what would you call the zone itself?” Cammy asked.
“The… Danger zone?” Kevin asked.
“BAM THERE IT IS!” Cammy laughed as she bumped into me, then Electra, clapping her paws a few times before pointing at Cameron, who turned away as Electra burst into laughter.
“I… don’t get it.” Kevin said.
“You don’t have to!” Cammy laughed as she reached under the bed and pulled out a bottle of wine, taking the top off and holding it in both paws as she chugged form it.
“Are you kidding me?” Cameron sighed as he slapped both hands over his face. “She’s been drinking this whole time…”
“I’m innocent.” I muttered as I held my paws up. “Not a drop.”
“Good, I don’t want to wind up teleported to tipsy land.” Kevin said.
“Tipsy land?” Electra asked as she purposely stepped on Kevin’s foot as she walked by, taking the bottle from Cammy and setting it down.
“OW!” He yelled as he jerked it away, grabbing it in both hands as he sat down. “Damnit Electra!”
“Oh shut up.” She said. “We’d might as well go get into the car, no?”
“What purpose would that serve?” Cameron asked as he walked toward the door.
“Says the person that’s making his way to the exit.” Cammy said as she licked some wine off of her chin.
“Because that’s where we were when we were teleported?” I asked. “I don’t see why that’s helpful though.”
“No, because all our money is in it and I’m going to need a little something when we get back to take the edge off of all of this.” Electra said.
“Yeah me too.” Cammy said as she reached for the bottle, only to have it pulled away by Electra, who stuck her tongue out.
“I find it funny how you think that’s my only one.” Cammy said to Electra as she reached underneath the bed and pulled out another bottle, pulling off the top and taking a drink from it.
“Wow Cammy.” Kevin said, sighing softly. “I had no idea you were such a heavy drinker.”
“Maybe because I don’t live with you.” Cammy said.
“Maybe we should get to the CAR.” Cameron said as he opened the door. “I REALLY want to get out of here.”
“Oh shut it.” Cammy said as she hopped up onto Kevin’s shoulder.
“Yes you do live with us…” Kevin said.
“Oh… right…” Cammy laughed.
“She’s drunk.” Cameron sighed.
“AM NOT.” Cammy yelled. “I can walk just fine or fight or shoot electricity or whatever. I’m not drunk.”
“I don’t think she’s drunk.” Electra said as she placed the bottle down and made her way to the door.
“Me either.” I said as I hopped up onto Kevin’s other shoulder, my tail hanging down just above the back of his knees.
“Let’s go.” Cameron said as he opened to door, and we all followed him out into the hall. “Say goodbye to all the fuzzies.”
“Bye fuzzies!” Electra yelled as we all walked down the hall, Cameron pushing the elevator button.
“You know, it’s weird how similar our worlds are.” Kevin said as we waited for the elevator.
“Minus the part where police try to kill us for no reason?” Electra asked.
“Well Zeke DID destroy that dude’s dog.”
“You stuck him in a dog fighting ring.” Cammy said.
“Well yeah but the other guy knew what could happen.”
“That’s true.” Cammy said, frowning. “Eh, whatever.”
“Well then you went and attacked them anyway. The police.” Kevin said.
“They shot me with a taser and I released the extra energy I couldn’t hold onto.” Electra said. “Noooot my fault.”
“You also stood on that guy and crushed his hand.”
“Oh shut up.” She said as we got into the elevator. “You told Zeke to blow their car up.”
“Shut uuuup it’s over.” Cameron said. “We’re going home.”
“Actually we could be going anywhere, I have no idea what I’m doing.” I said.
“ACTUALLY, you heard Kevin, we’re going to the… Danger zone.” Cammy grinned as she gently slapped Cameron on the back with her tail.
“What does that even mean?” Kevin asked.
“It means she’s attractive.” Electra said.
“OHHH…” Kevin said, looking over his shoulder at Cammy and laughing. “You little fucker!”
“HAH!” Cammy said as she placed her paws over his eyes. “The doors are open, go.”
“Aw crap.” He said.
“Kevin no they’re not don’t listen to her.” Cameron said as Cammy took her paws off of his eyes.
“If you walked into that I would have gotten off and walked the rest of the way.” I said as I shifted my position on his shoulder. “That would have been extremely disappointing. For you I mean.”
“Well… bleh.” Kevin said as the doors opened, and we all walked out.
“Well bleh?” Cammy asked as she waved a paw in front of his face.
“Shush, and cut that out, we’re headed home.” Kevin said.
“Possibly… headed home.” I said.
“But definitely to the danger zone.” Cammy said.
“Stop that, we’re not having sex.” Cameron said.
“Yet.” Cammy said back, winking over at Cameron, who didn’t answer back.
“Are you… going to answer?” Cammy asked.
We just kept walking, and Cameron didn’t say anything.
“Hey… Cameron.” Cammy said, sighing when he continued to ignore her.
“CAMERON.” She yelled as she hopped off of Kevin’s shoulder and onto his, placing her paws over his eyes and holding them there.
“WAH! WHAT?!” He yelled as he grabbed her, picking her up.
Cammy smiled at him, reaching up and gently poking his nose. “Danger zone~”
“Kevin… take her.” He said as he held her out.
“Cammy stop it.” Kevin laughed as he took her from Kevin, holding her against his chest as we left the hotel, walking out into the parking lot.
“Hey uh… Does it have to be raining for this to work?” Electra asked.
“No, what? Why would it have to be raining?’ Kevin asked.
“Maybe because it was raining when we were taken from our world?” I asked.
“No, wha… No.” Kevin said. “Uh… Right?”
“No.” Cammy said.
“See? No.” Kevin said. “Wait did you mean no as in no I’m wrong or no as in no it h-”
“NO… it doesn’t have to be raining.” Cammy interrupted, sighing softly. “Seriously?”
“Would it make it any less dangerous if it was?” Cameron asked. “Like, would the teleport be more accurate?”
“Cameron, as long as I’m here, the danger level is going to be at its max.” Cammy said.
“I’m going to strangle you.” Cameron mumbled.
“No ya won’t.” Cammy said as she hopped out of Kevin’s arms and onto the ground. “Open the door and get in, I’m staying out here.”
“I kind of… have to.” I said as I hopped down, standing next to Cammy.
“Get in Cameron.” Kevin said as he unlocked the doors, opening one for Electra.
“Hey where’d that other dude go?” Electra asked as Kevin shut the door behind her.
“I don’t know, he went missing in the middle of our conversation back at the room.” Cameron said.
“Should I go back and get him?” I asked.
“Nah, he’ll follow.” Kevin said as he got into the car.
“Is everyone inside?” I asked as I closed my eyes, a tingling sensation running through my body as I began to transform.
“Yeah we’re all in.” Kevin said as he rolled down the window.
“Roll that up. I don’t want… vortex juice in my fur.” Cammy said.
“Vortex juice?” Cameron asked, looking back at her.
“I don’t know, we’re going through some portal I don’t want any weird crap coming in.”
“Whatever.” Kevin said as he rolled up the window. “I don’t wanna get sucked out either. Don’t screw this up.” He said to me just before the window closed.
“Yeah yeah.” I said as I flew upwards a little bit, closing my eyes. “What do I just think about the place?”
“This is so cool. He’s really a Palkia!” Cammy squealed as she stood up on the back seat, her paws against the back window as she pressed her face against it to look at me.
“Alright, uh…” I said as I gently lowered myself onto the car, looking up into the sky as I closed my eyes again. “Let’s… try this.”
“If this doesn’t work and you all die I want you all to know that I will be eating your corpses.” Electra said as the car began to shake.
“Over my dead body you will.” Cameron snorted.
“Cameron… It WILL… be your dead body.” Kevin said as he slapped both hands over his face.
“Guys… I also want you to know something.” Cammy sighed as she turned around and sat down in the seat. “If we all die… At least we’ll have died in the… Danger zone.” She said, smirking wide as she stared at Cameron.
“I swear to Arceus Cammy I’m going to kill you.” Cameron laughed.
“Good I get to have one body early.” Electra said.
“If you kill me I’ll come back as a Ghastly and do things to you in your sleep.” Cammy said. “Kill me and you will NEVER leave the danger zone.”
“Oh my god.” Kevin said, smirking into his hands. “There is something SO wrong with all of you.”
“Guys I’m going to go now.” I said as I shut my eyes yet again, tightly this time as I pictured our driveway, back in our own dimension, a wave of heat rushing over me as the pink orbs on my shoulders began to glow.
“Was there this much shaking the first time?” Electra asked as she lay down on the floor. “Geez might as well get on the floor NOW instead of falling onto it later.”
“Here we go.” Kevin said as the pink portal opened up underneath the car, and we all fell through, my eyes opening as the portal closed quickly behind us, and in a few seconds another wave of intense heat washed over me. All of a sudden I felt much smaller, and then the pink faded away and we were left in our driveway.
“No one get out, this could be a-“
“Shut up it’s our house.” Electra said as she opened the door.
“I think I did it.” I said as I hopped down off of the car.
“Back to a Pikachu huh?” Cammy asked as she hopped out alongside Electra.
“You… Take Zeke’s ball and let him out.” Cammy said as she tossed it to Kevin. “Me, Dallas, and Electra have to go check some stuff out.” Cammy said as she took my paw. “Aaaand now we teleport or something. To our old house. In the backyard.” Cammy said.
“Err… Right… I think.” I said as I took Electra’s paw, quickly teleporting us to the image of our old house.
“If that worked then we HAVE to be in our normal world.” Cammy said. “Why hasn’t it been taken over with weird shit?”
“Why complain that it hasn’t? That’s one less thing we have to deal with.” Electra said as we made our way into the woods. “I would like to know where that stupid Palkia went but at the same time if it’s not doing anything destructive I don’t really care.” She said.
“Well I do. It teleported us randomly to some weird fucking world without Pokémon, him and that dark Pikachu with the really strong… strength.” Cammy said.
“Forgot about him.” Electra said. “I really wanna teach him a little lesson or two.”
“Well let’s focus on one thing at a time.” I said as I continued on into the woods. “It’s almost dark and there’s a fire up ahead.”
“That’s right next to the colony too.” Cammy said as she ran ahead.
“The colony can’t be on fire it’s made of dirt.” Electra said as she ran after Cammy.
“Yeah well they could be trapped inside with all the smoke.” Cammy yelled back as I ran after the both of them.
“Smoke rises! Why do I have to tell you these things?” Electra laughed. “Besides, it’s only a normal bonfire.” She said as we approached it. “And there are… not many ‘Chus here at all.”
“Oh hey look NEWCOMERS!” One of them yelled as they tossed something in a white wrapper into a pile of others on the ground.
“Food?” Electra asked as she looked at the pile of objects on the floor.
“Yes, cupcakes.” He said as he ran up to us. “Welcome to the colony! We haven’t had any newcomers in ages!”
“Uh… We aren’t newcomers.” Cammy said. “We’re members. And we have been for a while.”
One of the Pikachu that walked over at the mention of newcomers, a female, squinted at us and tilted her head.
“Electra?” She asked.
“Starlight?” Electra asked as she walked forward, giving her a hug. “Wow you’ve changed.”
“Where have you BEEN?” Stryder asked as he rushed forward, giving Cammy a hug.
“Get off of me.” She said as she pushed him off. “We’ve only been gone a few days.”
“You’ve been gone a few MONTHS.” Starlight said.
“What…” Cammy mumbled.
“I’m kidding it’s only been a couple of weeks.” Starlight said. “But still. You’ve been gone for a while.”
“Time must go by slower in that other place.” Cammy said as she turned to us. “Where is everyone?” She asked as she turned back to Stryder.
“That is not easy to explain.” Starlight said as she sighed softly. “Once Dallas left we were left with like, no one that was knowledgeable AND strong in combat to lead us. We all fell apart.” She said. “The other colony that had merged with us decided it was best for them to go back to where they came from, and they took their old leader with them.” She said. “As well as some of OUR members. We were left with no one to guide us and we all just began to fend for ourselves. We started working as individuals rather than as a colony. People hoarded food and attacked anyone that tried to take some, it was a mess.” She said.
“Plus we were kind of… Overpowered a few weeks ago.” Stryder said as he looked down. “By a group of Eeveelutions. You know, Umbreons, Vulpixes, Glaceons, the whole lot, all living together in their own kind of colony.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” I asked as I squinted at him. “Did they take something from us?”
“Actually yes. Every other two days they take more and more.” Stryder said.
“More what?” I asked.
“Of our members.” He said. “And they just disappear.”
“And you let them?” Electra asked.
“Well there’s nothing we can do. We were overpowered as a colony so we definitely didn’t stand a chance as individuals. So we didn’t bother fighting back and did what they said. But one day someone refused to go to their cave. He stayed here and didn’t follow their rules. So they came the next day early in the morning and slaughtered six of us, a Raichu, three Pikachu, and two Pichu.” Stryder said as his ears drooped down to the sides.
“They killed two Pichu?” Cammy asked as she placed a paw over her mouth. “And you didn’t fight back?”
“We tried to. They originally came to kill three.” Starlight said. “But three more interfered and tried to save the two Pichu, and they were killed.” She said. “Two Pikachu and a Raichu.”
“That’s horrible.” Cammy said. “Absolutely horrible.”
“This has been going on for a few weeks now.” Stryder said. “Every other two days we send someone out to them. Then we get two days off. Then we have to send two more in the next two days.”
“Two more for what? Where do they go?” I asked.
“If I knew I’d tell you.” He sighed. “All I know is they go to the pack’s cave.”
“The pack?” Electra asked.
“Well they’re canines so I call them a pack.” Stryder said. “Everyone we send to their cave is never seen again. By anyone.”
“Maybe they’re eating them or something.” Electra shrugged.
“We figured that. But there’s really nothing we can do about it.” Stryder said. “We had no leader, no organization, we had to give in.”
“How do you even decide who goes?” I asked.
“With those.” Starlight said as she pointed to the pile of cupcakes on the ground. “Cupcakes.”
“So whoever doesn’t get one has to go?” I asked.
“No. There’s one chocolate one in there, the rest are vanilla and strawberry.” She said. “Whoever gets the chocolate one is sent off. And all of us have to take one, even the Pichu. If the Pichu get the chocolate one, then they have to go, and we have to take them there or another three of us die the next morning.”
“That’s fucked up.” Electra said. “That you have to do that.”
“They came up with the rules, we had to follow.” Stryder said.
“Well I got vanilla.” Cammy said as she unwrapped one, taking a bite of it.
“Err…” Electra said. “I got strawberry.” She said as she picked one up, tearing off the wrapper.
Sighing softly I walked over and picked one up out of the pile, curiously sniffing the packaging. It smelled of plastic, and nothing else.
“You can’t put that one down now, you already chose it.” Starlight said.
“I saw you throw yours back down when we came.” Cammy said. “So Dallas can put his back too if he wants to.”
“Well I suppose if it hasn’t been unwrapped yet you can. But if you unwrap it and it’s chocolate and you put it back, that’s against the rules, and they somehow find out about it.” She said.
‘It doesn’t matter. I got a strawberry one anyway.” I said as I bit into it.
“We already sent off the one who got the chocolate one.” Stryder said.
“How long ago?” Cammy asked, perking her ears up and tilting her head.
“Just before you came. That’s why everything was so quiet.” He said.
“Well good we’re going to follow him.” Electra interrupted as she stuffed the rest of the cupcake into her mouth. “Your leaders are back, and we’re taking charge.’
“That sounds good enough to me.” Starlight said. “It’s about time someone strong got here and taught those hounds a lesson.”
“Do you think you can beat them?” Stryder asked.
“You forget who you’re talking to.” I laughed. “It has been only two or three days for us, we’re just as strong as we were when we left.”
“And Dallas is a Mew.” Cammy said as she patted my back.
“Yeah and I’m a Mew.” I said.
“Let’s waste a little more time shall we? How about we sit down and I’ll tell you how my day has been going?” Electra said as she rolled her eyes.
“FINE go, go.” Stryder said. “And good luck.”
“Yeah yeah.” Electra said. “Which way is it?”
“Follow the trail of flat sticks.” Stryder said.
“Uh… Alright then.” I said as I pointed to them. “Those?”
“Yeah.” He said. “He’s probably not walking too fast anyway, I wouldn’t walk fast either if I was chosen to die.”
“Right, nice talking to you, but we’ve got a Colony to save.” Cammy said as she tugged on Electra’s paw. “You two go, I’ll stay here and keep watch. I’m not exactly the best in combat anyway, you two are.” She said.
“She’s right.” Electra said. “Come on Dallas.” She said as she tugged on my paw. “Let’s get going.”
“Right.” I said as I dropped down onto all fours dashing along the path.
“Good luck!” Cammy shouted.
“Thanks!” I shouted back as I squinted ahead, running as fast as I could down the makeshift pathway. In about a minute, we caught up with the one who was sent off, a young looking Pikachu.
“HEY! YOU!” I said as I ran out in front of him, panting softly as I stood up on my hind legs. “You’re not going anywhere tonight. Go back to the colony, and run.”
“Holy shit it’s Dallas.” He said as he stared at me, his ears perking straight up. “It’s me, Bolt!”
“Holy sh- hey!” I said, wagging my tail as I grabbed him up into a big hug. “I thought you were with the other colorny?”
“Yeah, but we both have to take the cupcakes.” He said. “I assume you’ve been told already.”
“Yup.” I said, sighing softly.
“One colony gets the chocolate and no one is told which, so a lot of us hop to other colonies to get cupcakes from them in the hope that they’ll have a better chance as not getting the chocolate one. Your colony got the chocolate one yesterday, so I thought I’d go there for a cupcake today because surely they didn’t choose the same colony twice in a row. But it turns out they did.”
“What if everyone gets one and no one gets the chocolate?” Electra asked.
“Then some of us take the remaining ones until someone gets it.” He said. “I happened to get the chocolate one early so here I am. It put everyone else at rest though, knowing that they wouldn’t be chosen for at least another two days.”
“That’s so sick.” I sighed, gently patting him on the back. “Go ahead and get back to your colony, and let them know I’m back. If they attack you for coming back tell them I sent you.” I said. “And tell them I said to come back to MY colony. We’re going to do a little something as one big group.” I said.
“Right. Thank you so much for saving me, Dallas!” Bolt said as he turned around, dashing off into the woods.
“No problem.” I said as I turned around, my ears folding back as I stared into the mouth of a large cave, about two dozen more sticks in front of me before we got to the cave.
“Well, there it is.” Electra said. “And it reeks of dog from all the way over here.”
“Yeah yeah I smell it.” I said as I walked alongside of her, right up to the mouth of the cave. “I can tell they’re in there too.”
“Oh… Did you two get the chocolate one too?” A Pichu asked as he approached us from behind in a little squeaky voice.
“Oh… my… fucking…” Electra started, grunting softly as she slapped her paws over her face.
“Go back to your colony little one.” I said. “Everything is going to be okay. Tell them Dallas sent you back.” I said, smiling down at him.
“Well okay, but mommy said there was a big surprise in this cave.” He squeaked excitedly.
“Well if you go back and tell your mommy I sent you I’ll have a surprise TWICE as big for you.” I said as I threw my paws into the air, wagging my tail.
“OOH!” He squealed as he turned around, running off. “Dallas has big surprise! Bigger than mommy surprise!”
“That’s so horrible.” Electra sighed as she turned back around to face the cave. “They’ve got some real explaining to do.”
“Yeah, yeah they do.” I said as I walked forward. “Apparently two colonies got the chocolates, because that’s two that have come up here.”
“Well good then there won’t be anything suspicious about both of us going in.” Electra said as she walked ahead. “No doubt they’re being slaughtered in here through, there’s yellow and orange fur and blood everywhere.”
“Yeah I see it.” I said as I looked around the interior of the cave, sighing softly. “What makes them think they can just barge into our colony like that and tell us they’re going to eat one of us every day like that…”
“I think it was every other two days.” Electra said.
“Whatever, you get the point.” I said back.
“Yeah yeah, I know.” She said as we approached an Eevee, who seemed to be asleep, curled up in the middle of the cave floor.
“Oh joy, look what we’ve got here.” Electra said as she walked right up to it. “You know, the very first Pokémon I ate was an Eevee.”
“Yes, I know.” I laughed softly. “And I know exactly where you’re going with this. And my response? They eat our children, so go ahead, help yourself.” I said, shrugging.
“Ohhhh you know me too well.” Electra laughed as she slid her paws underneath the Eevee, who let out a little groan of annoyance as he opened his eyes and looked at Electra, the me.
“Oh, hello, you got the chocolates right? Mommy and daddy have been really hungry and they’ve been looking forward to this all day! Put me down and I’ll go get them real quick!” He said.
“Yeah. I’m going to put you down so you can go to your parents and tell them we’re here so they can eat us. That makes perfect sense.” Electra said.
“Well why not? Mommy says you Pikachu all want to be eaten because you like it and don’t mind giving yourselves to us.”
“Your mother is a moron.” Electra sad as she held the squirming Eevee out in front of her, opening her maw wide as she pushed him forward, the little Eevee letting out a yip of surprise before he was shoved face first into her maw, wiggling and whining softly as his chin was slid right over her hot slimy tongue, until his nose pressed up against her throat. She closed her mouth around his hind legs and looked at me, giggling softly as his tail thrashed around outside of her mouth.
“Err… Footsteps.” I said softly as I looked out ahead of us.
“Pumpkin? What was that yip? Has mommy’s meal come early?” a female Glaceon asked as she walked around a corner and into the moonlight, pausing in her tracks and blinking a few times as she stared at us.
“Uh… Go ahead and do it.” I said as I patted Electra’s back gently.
Electra narrowed her eyes at the Glaceon as she tensed her mouth up around the Eevee inside, a loud wet gulp echoing off of the cave walls as she swallowed hard, a series of small wiggling bulges making their way into her throat as the still thrashing tail that hung from her mouth was pulled inside, and the took another loud gulp, the bulges in her throat quickly making their way downwards. A third swallow and they disappeared into her chest area, and a few seconds later she opened her muzzle in a big sigh, placing a paw over her belly as she stared right into the Glaceon’s eyes, letting out a little burp and lapping her tongue out around her muzzle. “Gotta love those Eevees eh?” She said, tilting her head as she looked over at me. “And what’s even better is that they evolve into even bigger, tastier versions of themselves. And I think that Glaceon over there is next on the menu, what do you think, Dallas? Do you think, since Glaceon is an ice type, that she’ll melt in my mouth when I go to eat her?”
“Electra you’re the only one in the world that would think like that…” I laughed as I placed my face down in my paws for a moment. “I have no clue if ice types melt.”
The Glaceon took a few steps back as Electra took a few forward, and I followed behind her. All of a sudden the Glaceon turned around and dashed back into the depths of the cave, her loud footsteps echoing off the walls as she ran.
“Hah. Scaredy-dog.” Electra said as she stuck her tongue out. “Should we go in?”
“Eh, that’s what we came here for, let’s go for it.” I said as I gently kissed her cheek, before walking forwards as we turned the corner of the cave together.
