Leviathan: Map of Anchor City
A city map for the setting of my new long-form story, called Leviathan.
Formerly known as Anchorage, Anchor City is one of the largest and most densely populated cities in America. In 2133, the governments of the world are falling apart, and corporations and conglomerates are rising up to take their place. It's been a long time in this world since anything was 'fair'. Despite the incredibly high crime rate, Anchor City also has the highest GDP of any US city by a wide margin, rivalled only by some of the major players in China. Russia has collapsed, civil wars tore apart Italy and Europe, the world is held together with duct-tape and wishful thinking, all it takes to go down in a heap is one... small... push.
Leviathan is a dark cyberpunk story about a socially awkward young man hopelessly in love with someone he's too scared to tell, who gets swept up into a dangerous revolution. The world of Leviathan is nightmarish capitalist wasteland controlled primarily by five mega-corporations, a place where everything and everyone is for sale. The system is rigged and there are no winners, especially in Anchor City, home of the Big Five. All Nico wants from his life is a little bit of love, and to be left alone, maybe without hurting anyone, is that so much to ask?
Revolution & Romance, that's the goal. It's pretty violent, and very gay, if that's your thing please check it out.
