Burn For You
ATTENTION: BOOK SPOILERS!
Early last year, Ryan Campbell asked me if I was interested in drawing a scene from his then-upcoming book, [url=https://sofawolf.com/products/god-of-fire?sku=GOF][i]God of Fire[/i][/url]. As a fan of the characters, my reaction was understandably something close to “AAAAAAAAAAA!”
Unrelated real-life events made working on this picture a challenge. Self-doubt also reared its ugly head far too many times.
But in the end? This turned out to be the kind of drawing I wish I could have plastered all over my social media the moment I finished it. Let’s be honest: I’m really, [i]really[/i] proud of it.
I’ve been dying to finally show this in public (I finished it in February 2020!). Now that the book is out, I can finally do so.
