For years now, I've wondered what sort of dog my little Sunny is. She found me when I was camping back in Texas, and we've been together ever since. My partner was surfing the web, and came across her breed quite by accident. She's a feist! It's a class of dogs that includes others such as rat terriers. They're acknowledged as being excellent hunting dogs for small game due to their tenacity and sturdiness. Best of all, they are reportedly long-lived at around 18 years!

I finally have something to tell the people who ask, "What kind of dog is she?" Telling them that she was a "Cleburne Trail Terrier" wasn't doing it.
