Song of Christmas Cheer
Merry Christmas, everyone!
No matter where or how you celebrate, may your hearts be filled with joyous song this season.
This piece holds the distinction of being my first fully-colored picture done entirely on my new tablet. There are still quite a few things to learn, but I'm adapting quick and it's neat being able to do digital color artwork without needing to be at my computer desk (snuggled up on the couch, for instance). As for the character? I've been on a bit of a deer kick lately (always seems to happen around this time of year... I wonder why ;) ) and decided to try a reindeer! This charming fellow was inspired by a character I designed for a soon-to-be-published 5e-compatible tabletop RPG that'll be coming out soon; I'll definitely fill you guys in when it does. Until then, enjoy the harmonious melodies that popped into your head as soon as you saw his instrument, and once again, may your hearts be filled with joyous song this holiday season!
