Odd Dinner

Original Description:
'The last weeks had been hectic for Darkus, but he was an honest rat and after surviving the jungle he really wanted to bring some gift to his new friend... but he was unable to find anything that he would be able to appreciate since he didn't have much knowledge of the outside world beyond the rainforest where he lived. Thinking of his time with the naga he concluded that if he was unable to bring anything to him... maybe he could bring him to the city!
The plan was perfect at the time and while there were some minor issues he was able to bring him to a classic restaurant he was fond of. He knew that the hybrid would like the food at least, and his curious questions made for perfect conversation to pass the time. Food was brought in and Darkus decided to eat his pasta while thanking to the taur population for making benches and other fixtures ready for very heavy people since Khenlos was not exactly on the lightweight side of the scale.
His thoughts were interrupted when he heard slurping sounds and noticed some movement by his side. He looked towards the naga and saw him slurping the place, now clean of the food. He couldn't help but think "That the actual heck is going on here?". It must've been clear on his face since, while still lapping the sauce from the plate, Khenlos looked at him with confusion.
"Wha? Ith thomethimg od thy thathe?" he asked, tongue still on the plate, cleaning it up of any edible thing.
"I think... I think we need to talk about table manners," Darkus said, strangely nor weireded out by his friend. "I don't know why did I expect anything different" thought the rat, unable to tear his eyes away from the sheer lack of manners of his friend and his unnervingly long tongue, "That should not be natural. He's half horse, not half giraffe... Maybe its from his snake side? I need to look up on naga anatomy after this"'
