Ranks of the Beta's council
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
Here is a chart I made with the program Draw.io showing the hierarchy of the betas council and its levels as well as flow. Making this really helps me visualize the positions much better and is a great help with writing. I made it months ago and I've been slacking off on uploading it but here it is now for your enjoyment. The colors represent the ranks with purple being the highest rank and green being the lowest rank, this is representative of the color of the robes they wear. Each position has underlings as well like how Chu Hege in 14 chapter is right deputy Iota and not the Beta Iota itself. He would be considered second in command to the Beta Iota and also the potential contender for its role when the Beta Iota role becomes vacant.
Overall the ranks and sub-ranks can be fluid and change depending on the need and will of the Alpha. Like for example, there could be two or more heads of the same rank and that could help check and balance one official from the domination of his or her role. But so far that has not happened so far in the story where there are two Betas of the same rank. Overall its both rigid and fluid. Also, only the Head of the individual ranks has the Beta prefix attached to them while their underlings just have the ranks name alone. and the collective heads of each rank are called and addressed as Betas for short, thus being Beta's council.
I hope this all makes sense! I worked really hard on this in my head and made sure it flowed rationally and looked like it worked. Sometimes I think I am taxing myself yo much with all of this work but it a labor of love I do for you all. As always comment your thoughts and tell me what you think!
