Some people are of the opinion that Ardallen is a realm of perfection; A place where those who serve their God and Master with every ounce of their heart are given joy and peace beyond any meager measure that the world they lived in prior could ever have.

And the people who would say that are right.
The problem with Ardallen however, is that there is paperwork. So much of it that this scenario is often something which will happen on a pretty common basis. Paranoia, or perhaps just being distrusting of sharing his power with others has led Kaiser to deal with forms, files, documents, deeds, appeals, applications and many other documents needing his approval, signed, declined, stamped, and otherwise authorized by his seal in order to ensure that all is done according to his will.

A rare look "Behind the scenes" so to speak of the amount of effort and headaches which are brought with absolute power, and the methodical application of it. If you ever wondered why this monolithic beast was so happy when rampaging? Now you know: It's stress relief for this sort of thing!
