Another Chimaera's Treasure
Well, since I can go into a little bit more detail here then I can in a couple of paragraphs on social media...
I'm not doing the best right now again. Physically fine, mentally I've been tackling some demons again. Some of them maybe dark and shadowy with red eyes... But that's one of the things that's slowed me down a bit again. The other thing is that I've kinda gotten stuck into fanart recently. I'm not even sure why overall, I struggle to get my own SFW pictures finished most of the time, let alone fanart. I'll show the others later but even though I can't answer that question... I can tell you why this happened and why I wanted to push this one out a little earlier then the others.
I don't know exactly why, but I get very emotionally attached to media with an underwater setting. I guess it probably started with help I'm a fish cause I am a predictable furry trashheap... ^^ But it's not alone, sword in the stone did it to me, rain burn did it to me with the entire latest chapter, freddi fish, subnautica, aquaria flattened me to the point I'm STILL thinking about that game years later... and now I imagine I'm probably going to have this one on the brain for a very long time as well.
Another crab's treasure is phenomenal.
I am sick to death of dark souls edge, I am fatigued to death of hollow knight clones all with the same bloody artstyle... I wasn't expecting to see the funny crab game drop so soon but the moment it did I still felt compelled to try it out and I could not put it down until it was done, and I was not ready for the directions it went in its plot and its ending and... you know some days the anti furry in me can surface: I shouldn't be getting emotionally attached to the fictional plight of a fucking cartoon crab. That's kids nonsense, that's stupid talk...
Sometimes the right thing comes along at exactly the right time and it's just what I need.
So uh... yeah, here's me spoiling a potential "underwater sona" early. Was only planning to use them for one thing but screw it, here's them trawling this ocean for a real proper shell for a cute cartoon hermit crab. Because I adore kril and I hate to think of him sad and this little mussel shucker deserves one.
Don't take things for granted kiddies. We all have our shells and one day yours might break. You won't always come out the other side the same person.
(PS: Despite the ramble I'm fine, really. Just a little emotionally silly in the head right now. We'll be back to your regularly scheduled pokemon hijinks soon enough. ^^')
