Meet Ackley!
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
Another side character for The Tale Of Horus! This gryphon owlet has a penchant for collecting keys of all sorts, and enjoys looking for keyholes to try them on. He doesn’t care if he has to steal the keys to acquire them. He has a little stash in his lair, and a few favorites on a string around his neck.
Ackley lives not very far from the foot of the mountain where Horus' own family resides, somewhere at the edge of the Deep Dark Woods. Though still a child, he is old enough to take care of himself, so he doesn’t live with his parents, who have new owlets to look after. Sometimes he drops by for a visit.
In spite of his penchant for key theft, Ackley is good hearted. He enjoys the night most of all. He is a bit self-conscious of his rather scary countenance, which, combined with his habit of sleeping during the day, makes it difficult for him to make friends. At the same time, he enjoys being fierce. Since he doesn’t expect to make any friends, he sometimes scares passerby just for fun --particularly if they are humans.
To most of the fantastical denizens of the Deep Dark Woods, Ackley is more likely to be prey than predator. However, his sharp talons could easily tear even an adult human to shreds.
