My Own Mirror
I was stumped on what moment from the chapter of my book to draw. So, here I have Lady Death staring into her mask. I give a hint of her new outfit, too. In drafting the sketch, I saw the mask covering her hand. It's hard to believe the metal on her is gold, but it's possible for brass to be gold-tinted. So, incorrectly regarded as a goof.
Only the figure and the mask were drawn with a pencil, most of which was erased in the colouring process. Inked with a fountain pen. Coloured using pencil crayons and markers. I drank tea and ate an apple and home-baked cookies. I listened to Tarja: In The Raw, and then Within Temptation: Resist. This is now the picture that I spent the most time drawing: 102 minutes, start-to-finish.
