In The Ring
This is Vadimir. In "Death's Blood", he's a drifter taking on contracts to kill. The moment is of him at the fight club, his short moment of catching his breath after a round. It would be ambitious if there was to be some detail in the onlookers, but I wasn't up to it. I wanted some help with his expression. So, I used a photo by Woxys (from deviantART) for reference.
I drew this on 10 July, 2019. I drew only the figure with a pencil, most of which was erased in the colouring process. I inked with a fountain pen and HandyArt ink. Coloured with pencil crayons, watercolour pencils, a wet brush, and markers. I listened to Tarja: Colours in the Dark. I spent (maybe) 80 minutes on this, start-to-finish.
